Chained Alteryx Analytic Applications

Hello Everyone..!

 

I am using Chained Alteryx Analytic Applications to run 2 analytic workflows one after the another. I am trying to get the output in a selected folder, However, it is found to create a duplicate path and create multiple folder with the same name. Attached is the Screenshot.

 

Could anyone please help if any setting has to be updated in the workflow.

Could you attach the workflow, or at least screenshots of the overall flows plus the input / output configurations?
