Certification getting expired this March

Hi Team,

My Alteryx core certification is getting expired on 28th Of March which got issued to me in March 2021. 

Do I need anything to renew it or do I need to give the exam again to have fresh one?

Hi @areeba 

You need to take the fresh examination.

The pass percentage has been reduced to 64% from 80%.

Also the time has been increased to 2.30 hours.

Hey @areeba,

Yes, Certifications expire after 2 years. You need to recertify on the same one or do the advanced which automaticly recertifies you on Core aswell.

The increased time can be found on the Core Cert Prep Guide: Core+Certification+Exam+Prep+Guide.pdf.

However, I am also curious about the reduced percentage!

80% of 80 questions is 64 meaning you have to get at least 64 questions correct.  I'd be surprised is the passing % was reduced in addition to increasing the time to complete.
