I passed Alteryx Exam But i did not receive Certificate yet. i gave the exam 4 days ago.

I have shared everything on Altreyx mail but I did not get help yet. I learned Alteryx. Practiced many times then finally gave the exam but they are not giving certificates. It is happening with many people.
