Certificate not received.

I passed Alteryx Exam But i did not receive Certificate yet. i gave the exam 4 days ago.

I have already mailed but did not get any response.

I would wait for a response then. Otherwise there are a few things to check:

- Did you get an email from Credly?

- Did you input the right username when registering for the test?

- Did you receive an email with your passing score?

Yes. I received passing score 75% in my mail. And i did not get any mail from credly. Also, I put right username while registering the test. And 4 days past I did not receive yet why this is happening because I got a mail for receiving certificate in 48 hours but I did not receive yet.

Then I would just be patient for a response from the Certification inbox. Or you can try Credly support!

Credly support said that we have not received yet they gave me Alteryx certification support mail id for contacting.

I have already mailed to Alteryx certification but did not get any response please help.
