Certificate not received

I have completed the Alteryx Designer Core certification exam on 2 Oct 2022. But I didn’t receive the email from receiving admin@credly.com which accept the badge. Anyone help me? Thanks for helping with this matter.

Hey @colbertfung double check your junk emails, but if it's not there, then email certification@alteryx.com they should be able to help.

Hello,

 

Even me also not received the badge for Core Certifications, I am thinking that, they are not sent the second time certificate, if we are already certified.

Let me to explain more about this issue. As I have completed this exam and credly will send me a email to let me accept this badge within 48 hours. But I did receive this email yet. Do you know any information which solve this issue rapidly? Thanks.
