Category based on ratios

Hi 

I have following scenario

Each Line item must categorize under 1 head name – AU name.

AU name to be identified based on profit centre code.

For ABSE having “Share or Shared or Sharing” shall be categorized as Shared in AU name

e.g., S12 shared, S17 shared, S4 shared, S1 shared please refer below notes for ratios.

All line items categorized under “Shared” shall be allocated based on agreed ratios to respective AU’s
