Categories in the field were not present in the data used to estimate the model warning

Hello,

I've attached my workflow and test data I am using.

I frequently get the warning "Categories in the field were not present in the data used to estimate the model" and shows a bunch of NULL outputs. I tried using this post to correct the warning: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Score-Tool-Warning-and-NULL/td-p/46039... but my output no longer gives me probabilities of a 1 or 0 but instead a score that appears to falls between -2 and 2. I want the former output. 

For context, this is supposed to be an algorithm to predict the outcomes of NBA games based on half-time stats.

Hi petevsm, 

I ran the workflow with the data you provided and received no errors.  I did get 1/0 responses (see attached).  Is this still an issue for you?
