I've been running several reports using the Carto base maps, and all of the sudden they just started rending completely blank (see below).
This is happening in my custom workflows as well as the sample workflow for the Report Map Tool. I've also tried all of the Carto variations.

I'm seeing the same thing. Seems like there's an issue with the Carto service right now. Other mapping services like DigitalGlobe seem to be working as expected, so it's probably just Carto.
