Capture Latest Value Not Equal to Zero

Hi,

I hope you can help me create a formula or use the correct tools where I can get the latest value which is not equal to zero

Below is the sample data and I attached the excel file.

Here is my desired output:

If you notice in row #2 Product A the value changes from 1 to 0 since the latest available value is in Oct 2019. While Product B value in row #2 remains the same since it has a no value in Oct of 2019.

Please let me know if my you have clarifications. Thank you.
