Cant get Alteryx to render to 2 tabs in excel

Dont know what Im doing wrong - I have 2 basic tables as well as a tab field which is either matched or unmatched, in the layout tool I group by the tab field but when I try to open the file I get an error saying Excel cant open the file.  I do see this warning in the messages window, Im not sure if this is the cause of my problems?

Render (56) The current page layout will cause some data to be incorrectly truncated. You may consider modifying how the data is laid out.

Question - what happens when you switch from 8 1/2 by 11 to 8 1/2 by 14?

Seems to say the problem is most likely that you are trying to fit too much information on a standard 81/2 by 11 sheet of paper - if it fits on legal that would be great and you won't need to try a 50 by 50 page - but if it doesn't fit on legal - give that a try.

Had to make it more than 50 x 50 but thats solved the error!
