Cannot use Alteryx Student License

Dear Alteryx Team,

 

I got AFG license and activated it last month. However I had to reset my laptop due to hardware issues. Now when I reinstalled Alteryx Designer, I am not able to use that license and I believe I cannot even apply for AFG anymore.

 

Please help me out.
