Cannot find latest Version to download

Question

I am currently on 2021.3.1.47945, and it keeps telling me a later version is available.

I am looking to load 2021.4+ for some functionality I need to try for an upcoming project.

However, when I go to the download site, the Product Downloads window on the upper left side of the screen says "No products are available for download at this time. Please check again later."

Any ideas?

Is it possible i already have it loaded somewhere and just can't find it on my machine?

TL;DR It's possible that your community account is not linked to your company account. If this is the issue, please contact support@alteryx.com.

This may not be your problem but on my downloads page I have a dropdown box here:

When I select the other option I get access to the latest designer downloads all the way up to Alteryx Designer (2022.1)
