Can you Copy/Paste file using an Alteryx Event before a Workflow runs?

I am routinely able to remove files using Powershell with an Alteryx Event.  However, I am trying to copy and paste a file with the same method. 

Is this functionality possible?  I'm trying to troubleshoot, and I think the syntax is correct, but I keep getting a "PowerShell error code 1"

Copy "C:\A - REPORTING\New Workflow4.yxmd" "C:\A - REPORTING\test"
