Can we create an Odometer Chart in Alteryx Designer?

Hello all,

I'm new to Alteryx and I just wonder if is it possible in Alteryx for us to create an odometer chart as a reporting output? 

The example is as above.

I think this Gauge chart macro is the nearest I have seen: http://www.chaosreignswithin.com/2014/01/gauge-macro.html

You could of course leverage R or Python tools to do it, but would need to write the code for that.
