Can't view interface designer on 11.5

I've just installed Alteryx 11.5, I can't view interface designer it is saying it is showing but it is not ctrl + Alt + D doesn't help.

 

Has this bug being raised elsewhere? I expect it is something my end but don't know what.

This happened to me as well. I was able to correct it by going to options>user settings>restore defaults.
