Can't figure out Fuzzy Match using two tables

Dear All.

I have been attempting using the Fuzzy Match Tool without success.

Here are the details:

I have two datasets.

1) The first one is called Microsoft Database with 887 records.
This table contains the following columns: "Microsoft ID", "Customer Full Name", "Street", "ZIP Code", "Product Name".

2) The second one is called CRM Database with 11027 records.
This table contains the following columns:

"CRM ID", "CRM Full Name", "Billing City", "Billing Street", "Billing Postal Code".

There is no common ID. I want to fuzzy match both tables based on each "Full Name" to see if the records from (1) Table Microsoft Database exist in (2) Table CRM Database. There won't be an exact match for most names in the (1) Table Microsoft Database.

To do so, I used the Union Tool and next the Fuzzy Match with no luck.

Can someone please help me?
