Can I share my alteryx licesnse with my office colleague?

Is there any way by which I can share my Alteryx license with any of my office colleagues.

Also, can we both login at the same time with the same license. Do I need to deactivate my license from my system so that my colleague can use it?

NO, you can not share your keys and login at same time.

There are two questions here:

1) your license is for your company to have a seat. It is not specific to you per se - it is allocated to you. So yes - you can share the keys with your coworker recognizing that:

2) you cannot both use a single license at the same time. your Alteryx can sync to your license - you can work on a workflow/project-> decativate -> your coworker can activate -> do work-> decatviate -> you can activate.... etc.
