Can I give Alteryx a city, and it output the country it is located in?

i have a list of 88,000 cities and I need the country of each.  Can Alteryx potentially give me each country the given city is located in?

It turns out there is also London is the USA. 😁

I download the city list from here, then we use a simple join tool.
