Can I create a custom DCM schema with my custom tool?

I'm currently developing a custom tool that requires the following variables for the tool to run:

 

Username

Password

Base URL

Port

 

I was wondering if it's possible to create a custom DCM schema that can capture this information?

 

I was also wondering how exactly the DcmSchemas folder inside of my custom tool works? When I generate my tool via the command line, it asks me for the DCM Namespace. When I provide a namespace, nothing seems to be generated into this folder.
