Can Alteryx differentiate between items status types?

Hello everyone,

I need your help again: I have a report of lots that have different status types. How can I ask "Alteryx" to show me all different status types for one lot.

For example, lot 123456 has 10 bottles split as follows

5 are available

2 show as On Hold

3 - Awaiting destruction

Which function should I use to ask Alteryx to split this lot into 3 different lines with the quantity next to each of them and its status?

The initial data tab in my sample report would represent the input data. The quantity column (column E) represents the total quantity at the lot level

The possible listing tab represents how the output file should look like.

I hope it makes sense.

How will you know the Quantity if it is not in the Input data
