Can Alteryx designer (with server OS license) be installed on same server as the Hub?

I'm wondering if Alteryx designer could be installed on the same server where Alteryx Hub is installed.  Will that wreck the Hub install?  What if I installed a non-admin version?

No - That will mess up your Hub installation. Not supported. Hub engine and other features look in the same potential folders.

Now installing a non-admin version is a good idea (vs admin version) but I would be worried that would still mess something up.

I understand it is not convenient for troubleshooting purposes but for now it is not advised and not supported to install Designer where Hub is installed.
