Calgary Database - Slow?

Experts - 

I built a Calgary database of about 67 million records with a few indices.  I ran a query - Alteryx notified me within seconds that "Calgary found 190K matching records out of 67M", which is great.  However, outputting those 190K records has taken 20 minutes so far and still isn't done.

Undoubtedly this is better performance than via .yxdb which would take many hours, however it seems to be way too long given Calgary's promise of  "extremely fast queries."

I don't think I messed up the selectivity settings on the indices.  Am I doing something wrong?
