Calculation formula

Hi lads, 

I need some assistance,

I have this number for an example: 01293067011

Number		A.	B.
0		0
1			1
2		2
9			9
3		3
0			0
6		6
7			7
0		0
1			1
1		1
	SUM	12	18

I need to sum every 2. number as shown above.

The coloumn a. needs to be calculated by 3:

(12*3)+B(18) = 54
Then I need to substract the result from the nearest 10's (60) 
So my result is 6.


Any ideas?
