Calculating difference in sales between multiple dates in the same column

Hi,

I've ran a workflow that has an output similar to that of below, that has brought in the sales of multiple companies for different sales methods over different date ranges (which are in the alteryx format).

The output looks as follows, I've also attached the output.

I'm having trouble now calculating the difference in sales and type of sales for each company and product between the two dates.

Ideally it would show something like Company ABCD - which type of sale it is, the current date and sales figure and then the increase or decrease compared to the previous period.
