Calculate years and months in given Datedif

Hello Community, 

I have a newly created column "Time in Position" that is using datetimediff to calculate months inbetween date field and today's date. How would I change this to show years and months with labels included?

Example: 

Output = 17

Desired Output= 1 year, 5 months
