Calculate the average of the numeric data

I am new to this and I seek help from the experts and guru here.

I need to get an averge for each cell for the person in the column.

Tried the Summarize tool but it seems that it does not work as my data is String.

So stuck ... 

Appreciate a simple solution to this.

@BL Convert the strings in to numeric datatype and try with the summarise tool. Sample workflow attached
