Calculate status with number of missing items

Dear Colleagues,

I have a following set of data 

Name    Part    Status

A               1     Missing

A               2     Completed

A               3     Completed

A               4     Missing

and I would like to get sth as below (additional column at the end) 

Name    Part    Status             Final status

A               1     Missing           Incomplete (part 1, 4 Missing) 

A               2     Completed      Incomplete (part 1, 4 Missing) 

A               3     Completed      Incomplete (part 1, 4 Missing) 

A               4     Missing           Incomplete (part 1, 4 Missing) 

Could you please let me know what is the best way of doing this.
