Calculate over records from another row.

Hello,

Best to describe my question based on the example below. The original data is in black, red is what I need to add.

1) The StartTime of the next record needs to be the EndTime of the current, like the three arrow show. 

2) I need to calculate the difference between the current record and the next (line 3 - line 2). The original value could be higher, lower or the same as the value which need to be calculated.

Hope someone can help me out.
