Calculate Date Time Difference at the Individual Level

Hi All, 

I need to calculate the difference between two dates at the individual level, the tricky part is... I need it for specific Email Subject Line and need to calculate the difference from when the email was send to the time that the email was opened. So, it not only has to be at the individual level but also the email subject line level.

Overall, I will need to take the average, but not sure how to calculate at the individual level first.

Here is one way to do it. You can alter the DateTimeDiff units to however you want. In this example I had chose Minutes, since the smallest difference was only 30 minutes.
