Caching Partially Downloaded Data

I have a process that downloaded several million records via an Oracle data source. If I select Cache & Run and then stop the process run/download midway, will the process resume and complete the full download when I hit Run later, as long as I haven’t closed the Alteryx file?

Based on a test I just did, it seems do not work as the way you expected.

I think the alteryx may get the data as an cache somewhere, then after complete all the datt, it brings to the cavas.
How about put the records limitation in your SQL statement, such as top 1000?
