CSV output > double quotes for certain columns

When I select the "Output Data Tool", there are three options for "Quote Output Fields": Never, Auto, Always. I need to add double quotes to all columns except the columns containing amounts. Is there a way to get this done using the "Output Data Tool" or do I need to fix this prior the output tool using the "Formula" tool?

I would use a multi field formula.

'"' + [_currentfield_] + '"'

But beware! If your string length isn't big enough, you might truncate your data when the value approaches the field limit.
