I have been using Alteryx for 3 years now and have been utilizing the addition of the CReW macros. We recently added on some new licenses for more people to have access to Alteryx. For workflows I have built and saved when co-workers of mine open them they are getting an error (attached) stating to Update Missing Macros. I have ensured they downloaded the CReW macros and have them on their desktop. From searching the community and google I find some advice to update the Macro pathing under user settings, however in my user settings within Alteryx I do not see any section where I have pathing to macros. The macros are not appearing in my co workers tool bar either so that leads me to believe something went incorrect with the download... Any help would be greatly appreciated to help me and my team! Please and thank you.

I would say they haven't installed them. Just downloading and extracting them will not do anything. You can check for the presence of the ini files to see if it's installed, but if they're not showing up in Alteryx, I would assume that they are not installed.
Other reasons:
When the installer runs, it will build and then drop those ini in the right location. Inside them, they reference where the macros are installed for Alteryx to find on startup when initialising the toolbar.
If they do have those .ini files, then open them in Notepad, have a look at the install directory and see if the macros are still there.
Oops... better post the screenshot..
In addition to @KGT 's response, did you export the workflow with the assets to them? It helps them setup the workflow on their environments faster and better. https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/designer/workflows/workflow-management.html
I located the downloaded zip folder and extracted all the data from the folder. Restarted Alteryx and they still were not there. I'm going to uninstall everything including Alteryx and go through the process my self and hopefully that will fix it. To my knowledge I wouldn't need to restart the laptop for that mapping to configure after downloading Alteryx and the macros? If all goes well I will mark @KGT's as an accepted solution. @caltang All of my workflows are saved on our companies shared drive and from my experience with a different team that was never an issue for us in the past.
