CONCAT cuts off text with ...

I want to use the Summary tool to CONCAT a list of IDs.  I want to use the output in a filter tool.   But, the Summary tool is cutting off the text with "..."  

How can I fix this?

@hellyars Since the data is so long, you will need to have a browse to see the entire data point. Note that it's there even without the browse, but you just can't see it in the browse everywhere.
