CASS Download not present at new download site

Hi,

I need to update my CASS version, but when I click the button inside Alteryx the website it takes me to does not show an option for downloading CASS.

This appears to be a new interface.

Does anyone know where I can find the CASS download?

Hi @asteryx - can you provide the link to the location on our site you're trying to find CASS at?

For our data products - you can always log in to licenses.alteryx.com and select the "Data Packages" section on the left. CASS installs for the US and Canada are available in there.

Hi,

When I click the "Click here for options" button, it takes me to:

I have to log in first, then it takes me to:

https://alteryx.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

At that page, if I click Data Packages, I only see the US Census data package.

Also, when I log in to licenses.alteryx.com, it takes me here, where there is no "Data Packages" section:

Ok in that case I would send an email to fulfillment@alteryx.com to get your permissions corrected on the licensing portal.

In the meantime you can download the latest CASS update from here.

Hi, this link now doesn't appear to lead anywhere. I am also looking for the CASS download, as I have the same problem described in this thread. Could you provide the working link?

If you are unable to download the CASS installation from the licensing and downloads portal then please send an email to fulfillment@alteryx.com to get this resolved.
