I've just received a new license for the Business Insights data package. My team is trying to match customer demographics using their addresses, so I'm attempting to use the consumer view matching tool. While CASS seems to be working, it seems like my experian data is missing?
When I open up the macro, I see the other datasets but not the experian Household:
Our company installs the quarterly data products from a network folder and the CASS US data to a local folder on my PC. could that be what's going on? I see the Experian products in the network folder
Edit: if it helps, it seems like the calgary tools are the only ones not picking up the experian data. The allocate input in demographic analysis is working fine.

If anyone else stumbles on this problem, make sure your IT team has actually downloaded the Consumer View data along with the other packages each quarter. You can get it directly from the licensing portal under your business insights license
