Building an app using the list box tool

Hi all :) 

I'm in the process of building an app - my first time using the interface tools. 

When I select one postal area, the app seems to run perfectly. However, when I select more than one postal area I get an error message (attached - OUTPUT TEST). 

I have attached the configuration windows for the action and list box tools - any help would be greatly appreciated!
