Browse tool doesn't display charts or quality information

Hi all,

I haven't used Alteryx in a while and now returned by using version 2019.3. I noticed that my browse tool is somehow bugged. The charts are not displayed anymore when I select a column and the data quality isn't displayed as well (see attached file). I'm using the German version, but also tested it in the English version. This didn't make any difference. When I installed the older version 2018.3 it worked again. I also checked with my colleague and in his case everything was displayed normally. So it has to be an issue with my system. Do you have any idea what might the cause for this?

In your user settings, make sure that Collect and display data profile information is checked
