Breakdown Hierarchy in one column

Hey all,

Currently I have multiple pieces of information in one column and I want to break them down so that this column is split into four different columns and each Job has its own row. In sheet 1 I included a sample of the data I have, and in sheet 2 the format I want it in.

Your workflow works, but I had more data than I originally shared and when I asked the question and I thought it won't have any effect on the outcome, but it comes slightly short of how I want it to be
