Block till done vs control containers

Wanted to ask when would someone use block till done over control containers?

I think it depends on Alteryx Designer/Server version (Control Containers are only available on 2023.1 and newer), willingness to use AMP Engine (as it's required for control containers), and the use case. So to answer your question, I think only when Control Containers are not available...

Thanks, so there is no difference in terms of speed either? Just what version you are on?

I haven't seen a speed difference - you can use Performance Profiling if you want to test on your workflows. it's really just setting execution order so it shouldn't impact execution time.
