Blob and tabs within an excel

Here's the scenario:

1. Excel template with a purchase tab and a sales tab 

2. Excel workbook that contains the data for purchases and sales --- separate tabs 

Is there a way to use the blob tool to transfer purchase tab to purchase tab and sales tab to sales tab within a specified cell range?
