Blending well time log with phases grouped by date.

Hello and thank you in advance for your help!

We have two tables that need blended.  Table one is a time log table of well information and table 2 is a phase change table that has a date range per phase.  We need to add the appropriate phase to each row in the time log data with the corresponding phase.

The attached image and Alteryx workflow are samples of what we are trying to accomplish.
