Blank screen when authenticating Power Bi Connector

I previously requested access via the Authentication Method: Sign-In via Internet Browser.  Via email, I received back: 

Alteryx Analytics Connector access request approved

Your request has been approved. Details of your request are below.

Now when I click on Connect in the Authentication Method: Sign-In via Internet Browser, I get a blank screen from Alteryx.

What does this mean?

If I try to run the workflow, I get the error: Required fields cannot be empty (for the Power Bi Connector tool).

Any troubleshooting tips?

I ending up finding the answer after I posted this:

After I upgraded my Designer from and earlier version of 2021.3 to 2021.3.5.03604 the problem resolved itself.
