I'm looking for some guidance on the specifics of connecting to this data source. It is read only, my IP has been whitelisted, I can connect to it using SSMS but I can't find the proper combination of driver/connection in Alteryx to view the database.
Does anyone have any specific experience with this connection?
Solved - created a DSN connection using ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server, used SQL Server authentication, checked the box for "Use strong encryption for data"
The key was the proper driver - that will allow you to configure the connection properly.
