Beef up User Interface input in an app running off the server (or out of Designer)

Is there a way to add some directions/instructions/notes to the user input screen on an app?  Right now it just says "Questions".  I would like to give additional information about using the inputs.  Can this be done?

You can use the interface designer window to add labels to your apps to provide more information (View -> Interface Designer). Group boxes and labels are pretty awesome ways to add context. This also allows you to re-arrange your interface as you see fit. There are debug options that can help you test your app as well.
