Simple answer is No. you have to use customer filter.

Yes, though limited, with the Custom filter configuration
How can I add multiple values of the same category in the Basic filter? For example, I want to filter out customer ID 30, 40, and 50. Should I just use comma to separate these out and add in the basic filter? How does it work?
