Base Map not displayed in Gallery (server) with Analytics App

When building Analytics App with map input tool, the (base) map somehow couldn't show up for the user to draw after pushing the workflow into the server.

It works perfectly fine with the desktop designer even without any reference layer (my default base map is to set to "light").  Anyone knows what setting may need to change in the server/ gallery?

This happened to us, and this solution worked! Maps tiles do not render in Server UI (alteryx.com)
