Average Distance Between Locations

Hello everyone,

First and foremost, I am beginner in spatial analysis and there may be easy solution that I am not aware of. However, I have around 50 locations and I want to calculate the average distance between them. What I want to answer exactly is ( In average, there is a location in every XX Km/mi).

I could think of three different ways that you can do that, not sure however which is the best one or which will yield the most accurate results. I have annotated the workflow to explain what each part does, hopefully one of them is close to what you are looking for.
