Automatic updating of table parameters

Good afternoon community,

I would like to know what is the process to update through the "Action" function because I want to group fields, assuming that the user will be the one who selects the options from the interface or in the case of the "N/A" option, do not group for any reason.

I was not able to achieve the "N/A" part, but did manage to get the Option 1, 2, 3 working.
