Automatic email snapshot of excel data

Hi All,

I have an excel file which updates once a day. I want to be able to send an automatic email to different users of snapshot of the whole excel data, per sheet number (Sheet 1, sheet 2 etc.) in the email.

I have attached a sample data set to it.

Help is much appreciated.

@ArnabSengupta can you upgrade to 2020.3 - you can open the workflow once you have.

@ArnabSengupta I have attached a sample workflow for you. You will need to configure the Email tool with the SMTP configuration and the relevant email addresses or groups.

You can replicate this for Sheet 2 also.

Hi @rkapoor : Thank you for replying. When I am trying to open the attached workflow, I am getting this error message. I checked, and my designer is up to date with the latest version.

Can you kindly advise?
