If you navigate to downloads.alteryx.com, there is a section for starter kits. In these starter kits, there are many examples of different processes in certain industries, and examples of different data sources that you can connect to.

Simply, download the starter kit and see the examples within Designer (Help --> Sample workflows after installing the starter kits).

Here are some Alteryx Use cases/processes that are used by companies today.
